SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are usually processed in 1-2 days (the following business day).
SCHOOLS
We only offer free shipping to schools in and around the Greater Dayton/Springfield/Columbus, OH area (Miami Valley) as defined by Kincaid's Is Music, Inc. You will not see this shipping method (School* 1-7 days) as an option if your shipping address falls outside of the area as defined by Kincaid's.
As Kincaid's already visits many of the Miami Valley schools at a pre-scheduled time once a week, your shipment will be delivered at that time. If you want to know precisely when that is, please contact us at 937.325.7071. If Kincaid's does not have a pre-scheduled time to visit your particular school, the delivery will happen at Kincaid's earliest convenience within a week's time (following the 1 business day processing of your order).
If your school happens to be delayed or closed during the day/time of the pre-scheduled visit defined above, we may not be able to deliver to your school at that time. In such a case, it will be delivered at the next possible opportunity (most likely during the following week's visit). This happens most frequently during the winter months but can happen at any point during the school year.
If you choose this option during the summer months when your school is not in session, we will deliver at the next possible opportunity (most likely during the first visit the following school year).
If you home-school in the Miami Valley, you will see the school shipping option, but Kincaid’s will not deliver to your home for free. You must select another shipping method.
In order to provide you with the best service possible, please include your child’s name and school in the “Delivery Instructions” text box found on the shopping cart page, prior to selecting your delivery option during checkout. If you don’t include this information, a representative from Kincaid’s will contact you to verify who/where your order will be shipped to, which could delay us in delivering your order as quickly as we could, otherwise.
UNITED STATES
Any order of $50 or more qualifies for free standard shipping in the United States.
Most orders are processed within 1 business day. We do our best to ensure timely delivery, but major holidays or unforeseen circumstances can cause delays.
Standard Shipping normally takes 4-7 days, but this is not a guarantee. It is strictly an estimate, as there are occasionally delays with the carrier beyond our control.
Expedited Shipping normally takes 2-4 days, but again, this is not a guarantee - it is strictly an estimate.
Tracking numbers will be provided for all orders when shipped, except in the case of Free Delivery to Schools. See above for details.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do not currently ship to international customers. However, we do ship to Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and any other territory using a US Postal zip code.
ITEMS LOST IN TRANSIT
If your item does not arrive within 20 days, we will re-ship it. We will only re-ship once. If you still do not receive your item, we will issue a refund.
